Diana Markosian is an artist known for her intimate approach to storytelling that blends conceptual and documentary practices. Her recent commissions include directing the Fall Fashion Gala for the New York City Ballet, in collaboration with designer Iris van Herpen and choreographer Jamar Roberts.

Markosian is the author of two monographs, both recognized as Books of the Year by MoMA, Time magazine, and Le Monde. Her work has been exhibited internationally at major institutions including the Museum of Modern Art, the International Center of Photography in New York, and the National Portrait Gallery in London.

She is currently working on her first feature film, alongside a book with Louis Vuitton and her third monograph, scheduled for publication in 2026. Markosian holds a master’s degree from Columbia University in New York.
